Ruchira Jain is an expert at 'Human Insights for Business' with a vast experience of setting-up and leading Consumer strategy and Insights teams for Swiggy, PepsiCo as well as Client leader servicing Unilever, Nestle, Microsoft, Intel, Dabur during her career.
She has shaped innovative local brand offerings like Nimbooz, Kurkure as well as led brand and Go-to-market startegy for global brands like Quaker, Lays, Tropicana, Pepsi. At Swiggy, she set-up the Insights function to service Product, Marketing, Design, & Business teams unified in their consumer-centric approach to growth.
Ruchira is a Gold Medallist in Marketing Communications from MICA, The School for Ideas and a Bachelors in Economics from SRCC.
Charu Gupta is a seasonsed marketer having led the marketing functions for unicorns when they were at their early stages of growth such as Big Basket, Avail Finance, Chai Point, Healthkart. She set up the Marketing Insights and Strategy function at Byju's, so she brings a 360 degree marketing experience apart from her vast industry knowledge. She grew Medlife from zero to $100 million using her ROI driven marketing initiatives.
Charu is an alum from IIM, Lucknow and a Gold medallist from NIT Bhopal.
