Human behaviour is driven by a complex mix of conscious and unconscious processes, making it difficult to predict accurately. Most of human decisions are basis System 1 thinking, rather than deeply thought out, which is why responses in research should not be taken at surface value, but rather analyzed beyond the superficial.

                      is another of our proprietary toolkits, designed to address the complexity of human behavior, which is often hard to predict. This toolkit allows us to test marketing communication, product features, or hypotheses through real-time experiments with potential audiences. We follow an experiment design methodology, typically employing a control versus test panel approach, where we expose different panels to different variables to test key messaging or product features while keeping all other variables constant.

Our deep learnings from the Human or past work can be validated through these experiments, providing a robust method for ensuring that marketing strategies or product features resonate with the target audience. Behavioral Lab is particularly useful for product testing, as demonstrated by our work with companies.
